Dont Rent from this guy they are rude, and very unprofessional. applied and paid for the application in good faith that they would help me find something, and my income came up short this guy became a complete jerk, he basicly berated me through text, and never offered to help me find something I could afford. When I express that i felt like I was being robbed his state was " Did anyone force you to apply/" I called Nexus and complained this is who they are working under. The CEO from Nexus was very nice and understanding. Don't Deal with Premier they are very unprofessional.
