Premier Association Management

This people are the most scammers i have ever seen in my entire lifetime. All they do is going around taking pictures of people house without permission or checking to see if the house they’re taken pictures are new owners or the same old owners, then later send you a letter with a fine and asking to pay right away. Please be careful with this HOA association are crazy and scammers.

As new homeowners in this community, our first experience with Premier Association Management has been extremely disappointing. We were required to replace our mailbox/post and submitted the proper form back in May 2025. The form even listed an estimated completion of May 17, 2025. It is now September — more than four months later — and the installation still has not been completed. In the meantime, we have been living with a mailbox that has no door and a rotted post. What a joke. Run your own community. For the same you pay them. Hire someone from your community. HOAs are out dated. We have Ai now and the first we should fire is outsourced HOA management. Apps can do this now. Fire them!!! Put that money in the pocket of you neighbours. Times are about to get tough

This company is absolutely terrible. They drive around the neighborhood taking pictures every week to look for minor issues. One weed growing in the yard, they are fining you. It feels like harassment and takes away from the enjoyment of owning a home. They even went as far as adding our fines as negative marks on our credit score. I will never recommend anyone moving to this neighborhood or any community that has an HOA.

I wish I could add the video of my yard. Continuously fines my house for weeds even though I get my yard cut every 2 weeks, and have shown proof with invoices!!!! This is absurd, do you even know what weeds are, do you want me to cut the grass down to dirt, are you looking at the right yard, it’s getting to the point where you don’t even want to live in the neighborhood anymore.
