Prairieview Apartments

I have lived here for about 4 years. The property manager Tricia was always on top of things when I had any issues by getting someone to come fix something reasonable time. She also was willing to work around my 3rd shift schedule by when necessary. Nice quiet area, love that I was close to Hy-Vee. Highly recommend these apartments.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would simply for the management it is a pretty quiet place to live I was never bothered by the neighbors. The management has got to go!! when I first moved in 3 plus years ago the apartment manager was amazing she worked with you if you had a problem and was always very attentive the new one that is there will not listen to you or return phone calls. She does not help and ignores you stay away from Prairie View apartments.When calling for maintenance good luck, you have to call her and she might put you on the list. All and all just a bad place.

Clean, quiet, neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another (atleast in the building I was in, I don't know about the others). The landlord is extremely nice and will work with you even if your situation is complicated as long as you demonstrate that you're trying and have a plan in place.

If you rent here dont count on getting your deposit back find another place to stay you have been warned
