Lofts at 505

We lived in the Lofts at 505 for two years and they are beautiful apartments in downtown Fremont. Now the bad news: the elevators and electronic devices to active the front doors do not always function properly. They will raise your rent 10% every year and when you move out they will promise you things and then renig. Specifically, we gave our notice to vacate at the end of the month, but Robin, from the management company, said if we move out sooner, they will refund unused days. She flat out lied. Do not believe anything they tell you verbally..... get it in writing!

Units and building are set up very nicely. Leasing agent was very kind and down to earth. I’ve only had to call the maintenance line once and they responded very promptly and were very professional. The location is also one of the best in town!!! Very happy so far!!

Great setup, reasonable rent and good neighbors. Highly recommend!
