Maintenance is Johnny-On-The-Spot when there’s an issue, friendly and reliable. The apartments are comfortable, cozy, and each 6-plex has its own laundry room, with a cabinet that locks. Sometimes it sounds as if the neighbors above are herding water buffaloes or elephants are stampeding the stairs.. But it’s not hard to ignore most times. Parking can be a bear after 4pm weekdays and weekends is zilch.. no parking spots, and tenants will park in the RED ZONES, the walkways to the complex occasionally, but it’s temporary and no harm no foul. We reside in the garden apartment, and the space stays warm for the most part, but the bedrooms are on the west side and when that arctic air comes whipping around the building, the bedrooms can get a little chilly, as the windows allow the frigid tempe

Sidewalk chalk use prohibited for kids but you can smoke in front of the front door and throw your trash where you want. Continuing to raise rent on long term tennants is ridiculous and takes advantage of most inability to find new housing in the current market, $800+ for a 2 bedroom appt that is how many years old? Very unsafe wooden rickety entrance steps that are also very slippery with any type of precipitation.

I'm 64 years old and have lived in many places in my life. But this by far is the very best. My apartment is beautiful and it's layed perfect. I love everything about living here. The management is the very best. They fix things fast and right. None of this just get it to work for now. And the outside of the apartment is clean and beautiful. So when people come over you feel proud of where you live. I will be here for the rest of my life.

About to finish my lease up here, had a wonderful experience living here. The pool is amazing, and very easy to catch a time where it's not very crowded. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The landlord is a great guy, really enjoyed my stay here. Apartments are suprisingly roomy, and clean. Rent is appropriately priced, because the service and care you get from the management is unparalleled.

Great safe place for raising family. The kids enjoyed the pool for 10 summers. Any time something needed to be fixed, it was done by the next day. Anytime I locked myself out I was rescued. Thank You Adam and the entire staff! We really appreciate everything.
