If I could give negative stars, I would. Management is terrible - they don't answer you, don't fix problems (or fix them in ways that's just unacceptable) and the entire property is a dump. The price of rent is insane because you get ZERO benefits. No gym, no pool, trash is BARELY taken care of, grounds are dirty and covered in garbage, the doors that are supposed to be locked at all times are completely open. I never even got a working key to them IF they did ever lock and no response to multiple attempts at getting the correct key. Carpets don't even get vacuumed in the halls and they are not heated in the winter, so it's freezing in there. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

If you wanted to make theft look legal this is it. They took my money for multiple applications and then denied us for obviously fake reasons like saying someones credit is too low when it’s over 700 and saying our criminal record is too bad when I only have traffic infractions. The same apartment we applied for is still listed as available months later so it’s not like someone beat us to it either. Scummy management and one of the lower quality places in the area.

This apartment was horrific. The management is even worse. If you are young definitely don’t live here. They think you’re stupid. Management never answers and if you do get an answer your issue will not be resolved. When we moved in my shower did not work at all. There wasn’t a screen on my window and my roommates toilet did not work. The drawer in the fridge was also cracked but that wasn’t a big deal. I wrote all of this down on that sheet they give you and contacted maintenance to replace my screen and fix my shower and roommates sink. The sink and shower got fixed but I called many more times about the screen and couldn’t even talk to a real person. The move in was a nightmare. I was to meet the lady to get my keys on July 3rd. Drove an hour with my baby (that hates being in the car) waited a couple HOURS. No one showed up. So I looked up the main office it closed in 45 minutes. It took us 33 minutes to get there. When we got there everyone had left for the day except a maintenance guy. He called the lady that was suppose to meet us with the keys. She stated she’d be there on the 5th at 11 am. We got there just before 11. And waited around until 4:40pm. She finally got there and opened my MOVE IN READY APARTMENT (side note I had people there with all of my stuff since I was suppose to move in on this day) we walk into the apartment…trash everywhere. A partial painted wall. Walls with giant holes in it the size of fists. It was disgust

Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. After my husband, myself and my mother tried to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks we finally got a hold of someone letting us know they just rented out their last unit that day. Finally got an email back saying they had no available units available. 5 days later there is a post for an open unit not until 3 months from now, but still. And I never got a reply to my second email. They are nice apartments. We used to live there years ago. But getting a hold of someone is a disaster.
