Prairie Park Senior Apartments

Prairie Park Senior Apartments is an amazing. The people are friendly and kind. Many residents gather for Holiday events in a community room that’s very large and spacious including a kitchen. There’s an overlook balcony to the main floor entrance. The main entrance is always decorated with a nice area to hang out or wait for an appointment or ride. There’s a well stocked puzzle nook (so many different puzzles) and puzzle board for residents to use. Management is kind and as accommodating as possible and maintenance is always on top of any of those type of issues.

BEST OF MADISON. BEST STAFF EVER -- Joe & Sara are a joy. You'll feel at home & cared for immediately. No cracker box rooms here, like in the new senior apts being built. This is true luxury -- the building is not plopped in the middle of a dirty, dusty parking lot!! And its grounds are park-like -- full of trees, flowers, benches & sunshine. Bedrooms are HUGE -- big enough for an actual bedroom suite of furniture. And sound proof. My favorites are the library on the 3rd floor with most gorgeous glass chandelier. And the Frank Lloyd Wright style architecture and wood detailing throughout the building. Near everything -- shopping, banking, churches. It's HOME TO ME. Signing my 16th lease in just a few weeks.

This place is sparkling clean, quiet, and well maintained. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and feel like home. Highly recommend.

My mother lives here and absolutely loves it. All the tenants are super kind and welcoming it’s like on big happy family. The staff are super professional and friendly wanting to do everything they can to help the tenant and their loved ones. Maintenance is super quick to help if my mom has any problems with her unit. Honestly I just can’t wait to be old enough to live there. So all I can say is I love prairie park senior.

I love my apartment. The two walk in closets & pantry in the kitchen was the thing that convinced me that this was the place for me. Having elevators made a big difference as my previous apartment didn’t have them. My storage is right across the hall, which is great for my seasonal decorations. We are close to all the shopping I need. Most of the repairs are done on a timely basis, except the elevator. That was a big inconvenience for most of us. Sara is friendly & helpful. The large porch is a real pleasure too.
