Prairie Heights Apartments

This place has went downhill from the time we moved in. The management before was no help. You’d wait months before anything was fixed. Now we see different mangers and looks like their trying to get this place looking nice. It’s hard to find parking if you come in from work after 7pm. People park so close to your vehicle they put dents without a car in the world. Also there are so many damn pets peeing and pooping everywhere and the owners DO NOT pick it up even though there are poop bags stations that are at every building. I believe there is one couple that has an aggressive looking dog that might be part Bully something to that extent. I stay at the building infront of that building and they let he or she on the balcony and the bark is just as scary as it looks. I don’t see how anyone

We absolutely love living at Prairie Heights. It is a very nice and quiet complex. Nice units and fair prices. The best part about it is the Management. April has gone over and beyond and by far the best apartment manager we have ever dealt with. Thank you April!!!

Luz has been extremely helpful getting our apartment ready. She made everything so easy. We are renting sight unseen except for photos. I’m so very thankful for all of her help!

I absolutely loved my time staying in these apartments. Any questions I had were answered directly when asked before moving in. There weren’t any surprises and the staff was very pleasant. April is such a hard worker and will definitely go there extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy choosing to stay at one of her properties!! Highly recommend and I will be staying here next time I’m in town for work!

Really good place to live in Watford, Luz has been amazing and helpful whenever we need anything! I need to be moving all around the state because of work and the month to month lease it’s working perfectly for me! It’s a good place for a reasonable price!
