Cherry Creek Apartments

I recently have had the opportunity to sign a new lease here. The staff here have been two of the most helpful people I have encountered in my life. They gave my husband and I a chance. When I first came to view these apartments I was beyond impressed with the upkeep of the building. The apartments inside are spacious and completely immaculate to say the very least. As corny as this sounds I am now leasing the apartment of my dreams! Hardwood floors, huge spacious restrooms, balcony, elevators, gym, app operated laundry rooms. I am so thankful to have met Henry and Heidi. They are amazing people. I definitely recommend these apartments if you are looking.

Moving to a different state is somewhat difficult but finding a place can be a headache. Fortunately, Henry and Heidi made finding a place to stay at Cherry Creek in Watford City a welcoming experience; they have been extremely accommodating and helpful during my stay here. The apartments are taken care of and they perform routine maintenance to keep the place clean and operating smoothly. I definitely recommend this place and would happily rent here again! Thanks!

I have had such a great experience with Henry and Heidi, this management team is great! If we ever have an issue they are quick to take care of it. We would recommend Cherry Creek above any in Watford City because of this management team. In the last 8 months you can see a hudge improvement in the property. There use to be tenant issues and now it is quite and the atmosphere has completely improved. You completely feel safe on this property knowing they are overseeing the property.

I’ve been living here since these apartments opened in 2018 and so I’ve seen a lot of property managers (and owners) come and go. Ever since Henry has come on as property manager, things have changed for the better. Maintenance issues are handled without delay. The property and apartments have been kept up for what seems like the first time in years. Questions, comments and concerns are taken seriously. Henry is a property manager that takes pride in his job and who genuinely cares about his tenants. Even better, he’s bilingual, which has been a godsend for our Spanish speaking residents. If you had asked me six months ago what my opinion was of the Cherry Creek apartments, I would have been hesitant to recommend them. However, since Henry has come to Cherry Creek I think one would be hard

We had a great time during our stay there. They kept the complex clean and were always working to keep everyone safe. The apartment was very nice and decently affordable. If I ever come back up to North Dakota I’d consider staying with them again. They were very kind happy people.
