Pheasant Ridge

I've lived at Pheasant Ridge for about 2 years now. Overall the apartments are fine and they attempt to keep the hallways and stairwell clean by having a cleaner come weekly. Currently rent for a 1 bedroom is $1300 a month which includes 2 garage fees at $75 each. Recently there have been problems that simply are not getting addressed appropriately. I have made staff aware that smoke is coming into my apartment and nothing has been done to rectify this situation despite this being a non smoking building. Oh, there was an email that went out reminding tenants of the non smoking policy. Also, there is trash around the building that does not get picked up. The dog trash stations are often so full that you can't dispose of the dog waste because it's overflowing. The entrance door has

Had a great exp renting here over the last couple of years. It was quiet and friendly. Also, I need to mention Sally! She works in the leasing office and was always friendly to work with and great at communication, even when it was -55°F. 😅 I would happily recommend them to any family or friends if they needed a place to stay while on rotation in ND.

The apartments are spacious, well taken care of, and a great place to live. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. Salli is the best property manager we have ever lived under. Any time we had questions or concerns, she was always very happy to help! She truly cares about her residents and it shows!

Love the apartments and also Maintenance they’re all rarely friendly

We are amazed with our New apartment!! I love how spacious the living room is and the closets are decent sizes... Sallie was really helpful with everything that we needed to know & help us move really fast.. So yes I would gladly recommend 👌 Pheasant Ridge Apartments.
