Hillside at Hunter’s Run Apartments

I had looked at other places, but having two cats made it so I would have to pay at least an extra $50.00 per pet every month as an extra $1,200 a year. but I found Hillside at Hunter's Run and they have a one time pet deposit which made sense and it was $200 less than the yearly cost of $50 a month per pet for two pets so it's basically getting discount for the first year and then all the rest of the years are free. The landlord of Hillside at hunters Run, April is one of a kind she is not just your landlord and a good landlord at that on top of everything promptly but she is also like a best friend or a sister or a daughter maybe a mother just a very very nice and through and through beautiful person. April has been absolutely incredible during my move to Hillside. She has been extremely responsive, even answering my calls or messages on the weekends/evenings. She has quickly taken care of any issues that have come up, and has not once made me feel like I'm inconveniencing her when I reach out about an issue. The apartments are really quiet, there isn't any street traffic or anybody being loud around me. The 3 bedroom apartments are incredibly spacious, they have a very large and open Living room/Kitchen/Dining room, floor plan! I haven't ever dealt with such a kind and caring property manager before. My family is loving their new home here, and April has played a huge part in making us comfortable and happy! We have lived in these apartments for nearly 4 years and never had any problems. Nice, quiet place to live! The manager April is one of the best property managers I've ever dealt with! She promptly takes care of any maintenance issues, cares about her tenants, keeps everyone updated, and is just great at keeping an open line of communication!

In the 3yrs we lived here, April has been amazing. She's made sure any maintenance issues are corrected within days & always delivered treats during the holidays to all the families with children. Having climate control in the stairwell & being cleaned weekly is a plus. We love how our kids, can play outside & draw everywhere w/chalk & how we are able to decorate for the holidays.

The apartments are very nice, comfortable beds, nice furniture, cable tv. The only thing you will need is sheets and a pillow. The manager April is amazing she goes above and beyond for her tenants. If there is any issues April makes sure they are taken care of immediately.She is always available and is eager to help. I would highly recommend if you are in the area you stay here. I travel a lot for work and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed.
