Our experience with this apartment’s application process was disappointing. The leasing office did not clearly explain the credit criteria used for approval prior to accepting application fees. After submitting applications, a clerical error occurred in which my name appeared on two applications instead of one being submitted under my husband’s name. We were informed that we could reapply, but only if we paid the $100 application fee again. While this may be consistent with their internal policies, there was no flexibility offered to correct the error or apply the existing fee. The lack of transparency and customer-focused resolution made the process frustrating. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. Over the years, I've lived in several places, and maintenance personnel are usually a standard part of the experience. However, when Luis joined the team at Coach Apartments, I immediately noticed something different about him. Luis is not just your typical maintenance man. He's extremely helpful and goes above and beyond what you'd expect. Every morning, he greets everyone with a smile, and his positive attitude is contagious. The other day, I saw him assist a resident whose car needed a jump start, and without hesitation, he stepped in to help, ensuring they could get on with their day. Great place to live, definitely a 5 stars. Joseph goes above and beyond to help the residents with their requests, and the maintenance staff has been very responsive with anything that needs repair. The apartments also have central a/c, which I think is a huge bonus.

This is the water that is coming out of the faucet. When i called to report this problem I was told to just let the water run until it clears up. Would you cook with this water? Drink this water? Bathe your children in this water? 2,000 dollars a month and we don't even have clean water.
