If i could give negative stars i would. Unprofessional, they don't answer the phone, they don't return emails if you are displeased, the manager didn't allow me to sit down when I came into the office, she responded with pettiness that was unmatched!! Tara i believe was her name. She's the manger. She is just a face behind a desk that does not do her job well and simply doesn't care about the residents that the company manages. The owner should look into this! Immediately!!

Terrible place to partner with. The entire Princeton Lakes community is beyond upset with their management. Tara is a manager for this company that lacks basic customer service skills or empathy or compassion. My wife and I had to drive all the way there to figure out why someone was sabotaging us having access to our amenities. Instead of her addressing the situation with understanding or compassion she because very reflective and quite frankly a person with a very nasty attitude. Extremely. After driving 30 mins here and her saying that they my stuff had been ready but I get to my pool only to find out she out of pettiness didn’t give me everything I needed in order to be able to swim. DONT PARTNER WITH THE COMPANY ITS SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY THAT SHARE MY FRUSTRATIONS. IM TAKING

This management company (POSolutions) needed a review awhile ago, but here it is. The owner, Shandron, is not a trustworthy professional or person. We'd discussed as a board (having them drive through the community to check on compliance issues). She said she'd take care of it and never mentioned a price. She actually took care of herself by increasing our rate by $200 (without our permission) and we hadn't signed a new or modified contract. We noticed the increase and had to ask what it was for. It was then that we realized what she had done. We called her out on it and asked her to refund our money and we pointed out that she never provided a rate and we hadn't modified the contract with the new rate. As a member of the Community HOA Board, I have worked closely with POSolutions for over 10 years. They are a great property manager! Easy to work with and very helpful. The staff is quick to respond to questions and issues. Unfortunately, some residents don't fully understand the role of a Property Manager in a residential community and tend to treat them like an apartment manager, because that's all they have ever known. I've had the opportunity to witness interactions with some of the most challenging residents. Their response is always courteous and professional. They take the time to help, educate, and provide the information the resident needs to understand their situation. I highly recommend this Property Management company for your community.
