Worst apartment I have ever had. The maintenance guys are quick to fix things, but everything is broken. I have to keep putting in requests for things that should not be worn out. The parking lot has broken down cars that haven't moved in years. They charge a move in fee and they charge you to pay your rent online. Don't waste your time or money.

When I moved into Belmar Apartments, I was in a tough spot and had limited housing options. I appreciated that they were willing to work with me and offer me a place when others wouldn’t. I want to give credit where it’s due—Jaime and Pam were helpful and professional during both the move-in and move-out process. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and ideal for a small family. Maintenance is always fast and responsive. Toward the end of my lease, they went above and beyond by finding a new tenant early and relieving me of my rent responsibility for the final month. They even refunded part of my move-in fee, which is typically non-refundable since I had always been on time with my rent. That meant a lot and really helped me out.

The Team at Positive Results Property Management are absolutely amazing!!!!! I’ve been a tenant for many years and they’ve work with me through the best of times and even the struggles!!!! I’ve never had any issues getting a hold of them for any reason The professionals they use for maintenance and repairs are top notch and fix what’s wrong the right way the first time. You’d be a foolish individual if you passed on one of their available units…..

As an out of town property owner I’ve been working with the Positive Results Property Management team for 5 years, I am very pleased with the professional way they conduct business. Their attention to finding and maintaining long term qualified tenants is top notch. In addition, when service is needed on a property it’s done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend and endorse this company, they’re dedicated and knowledgeable about the market.

No stars if I could give. Cockroaches everywhere in all there apartments. Contacted the landlords many times about it as well as a maintenance request only for them to spray 1 apartment and nothing else. Cockroaches came back days later, told landlords again strayed again only for cockroaches to be back. The roaches are in the door frames, under sink lining (as the sink is not caulked in), in bathroom, in kitchen and everywhere else. The hallways are filthy, filled with roaches as well. As well as the laundry room in the basement. The landlords don’t care about the well-being of their tenants. They upcharge on everything for them to do nothing about the problems. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
