Avoid this company at all cost. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND WASTE YOUR TIME! Josh Huston is the worst person, he will treat you as if your nothing and never get back to you about your application or the property. He will waste your time for weeks just to rent it out to someone else. Trust the comments that have 1 star! There the correct ones!!!

Josh is the worst person to deal with. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will act like your the problem for texting them about concerns you have with the property. They will ignore you and do nothing about it. Don’t waste your time

I told them about a leak coming from upstairs apartment, and the response I got was ok. Never came to see what was going on. Just woke up to use restroom and the walls are wet and water coming through ceiling fan. This is just ridiculous. I've informed them about bubbling ceiling , you would think this is an urgent matter. Not to these people. Disgusting management.

Don't waste your time! They're slumlords!!! I rented through these guys and wasn't able to move in until 2 weeks after giving them my deposit and the apartment still was not up to standard!! I had to clean the last tenets mess because he failed to have someone clean the apartment

I wouldn't recommend renting from them at all. Very unprofessional. I've seen a townhouse I was very interested in and I met with the person and ever since than it's been a run around. These people will not follow up with you about your application status and have the nerve to deny my application because they thought I was a convicted felon which I'm not. I have no records on my background and I have a great paying job and yet they don't know these applicants which I get it but I can't assume you not good to do business with if they don't know you. What's the point of having references and they obviously they don't use them. Unlike a lot of people I pay my rent on time and stayed in nice areas but somehow this company discriminates.
