Sooo unprofessional! They had spoke to my husband he had to pick something up and called them prior and let them know he would be there at a certain time and the told him they would wait he drove there and no one was there.

First-time homebuyer here. LTA made this process as quick and painless as it could be. The facilities are professional and the staff is very kind. I am forever grateful for the heads up they gave us about all the scammers who would come after us as first-timers. Saved us from losing hundreds of dollars to scams. Thank you!

The most unprofessional Title Company EVER. Absolutely NO communication before closing ! They where so good that they canceled my accounts (4 properties) on water and sewer company and I can't have access to the history to fill my next taxes ! Over that, after closing NO WIRING and NO CASHIER check (that we where thinking it was), we had an uncover check and have to wait 12 days to know if we will ever have the chance to get our money. Not sure they won't disappear before that. I suggest, if your broker or whoever chose these guys for titles ...... run away, thats the best thing you can do.
