They literally suck. Rented a house and the appliances was super old. The lady was really rude about everything, then want to send a text about rent when there’s mold in the house . Like get these people out of here

Was renting a property for nearly four years, maintenance man was horrible and ao were they, tree fell after being struck my lightening 2 years prior they did nothing about didn't even fix the house which lightening came through, tree falls and I get told the my 3 kids and I have ten days to move! 10 DAYS WHILE I HAVE TO WORK!!! They had no remorse none they are only in it for the money!!

They just took over a building I rent this year and my last experience with them over getting their fridge repaired in my apartment was a nightmare. Took them 3 days just to get someone to look at it then it was going to take 7-10 to get the part. The manager suggested I just use a cooler for two weeks till it got fixed. Completely horrible communication on their part. I would not suggest anyone to rent from them! I ended up buying my own fridge because I have a 1 year old and I could not just have nothing for 3 weeks. They did not even offer to compensate me for anything. Horrible customer service and this is not how you operate a business!

Me and my wife saw a house they had listed for rent and unfortunately waiting too long to apply for it but they had another one available. They were super accommodating to me and my family and helped us get into the house we’re in right now. After moving in we found out the house needed some maintenance request done and they have been super quick to fix any issue we have had. Definitely recommend Botti for anyone that’s looking at renting a house or buying one. Nothing but good things to say
