Portola at Southglenn

This place has the BEST LOCATION. I been living at Portola for a bit now and it’s honestly in the perfect spot. You can just walk to restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, even the farmers market on the weekends. Sometimes theres concerts and parades you can see right from the window which is so cool. I love that its busy around but still feels safe and quiet at home.

We toured this building for my daughter who is looking to move. I was blown away by the amenities/property/staff. It was very busy when we walked in- manager was alone and was very good about acknowledging us while trying to help everyone else at the same time. The tour was excellent and Rachel answered all of our questions. She showed us a gorgeous layout with an incredible view. The neighborhood is the cherry on top. We will most likely be moving in- thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to show us around without making us feel rushed. This mom had a lot of questions and Rachel was so sweet and patient with me. Thanks again!

Update 3: prices are absurd, most the shops around it are closing down and they’re killing Centennial Update 2: the price for a unit smaller than what I had when I moved out 1 year ago costs $500 more (literally a 33% increase in price) than what I was paying, they are charging an absurd amount of money. $2,500 for for 829sqft and that doesn’t even include all their hidden fees they pile on top of that. It is absolutely outrageous how much money they charge to live in an area that is no longer safe. Update: They are still trying to scam me out of more of my deposit, I am honestly impressed at this point they're fighting tooth and nail over like, $200 that they won't give back to me for "cleaning and painting" after I painted the walls myself and showed them the receipt of getting it pro

I toured this property last week and was extremely impressed! The condo quality finishes, amenities, and staff are outstanding! Rachel went above and beyond to point out the thoughtful details you don’t typically find in an average apartment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about both the building and the product!

TLDR: paying for more than you’re getting, management frustrations. This is an okay place to live, would prefer to give a 2.5 star review. The apartments themselves are okay but the price is high and the “luxury” marketing would make you expect more. The master room layout is very awkward to maximize the space. Dryer randomly stops working. The master bedroom did not have a screen when I first moved in. I submitted a maintenance request and a screen was quickly installed, but already had a hole in it. Walls, paint, floors, and floor boards and most appliances are good shape. Frustrating rent payment headaches with management company transitions and payment portal site maintenance.
