I've lived here for almost 10 yrs, the staff and free coffee in the morning is a plus. The community has a nice atmosphere. Happy about the new Assistant Director, Karissa, and see amazing things in the near future. I would definitely recommend
A realy close family member recently moved to this community without knowing she had to put up with rudeness, attitude and poor manners from the apartments manager, Mr Fang Guo. Not long ago he made my grandmother cry and caused her to feel very stressed out. Treat people the same way you would want your mother or love one to be treated.
the property manager was very rude. Every time my parents ask his help he said he’s busy. I don’t want my parents living at a full of attitude senior apartment that feels sad
The manager Frank Guo, is very rude, and it seems that he is always in a bad mood.
