Wonderful experience at Portofino at Las Colinas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience with Portofino at Las Colinas and their staff started off amazing from the very first day we walked in to get information. Amanda, the Community Manager, was welcoming and helpful, and made the whole process feel easy from the start. After that, Alma, the Leasing Professional assigned to us, was truly outstanding. She was attentive, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She helped us coordinate the services we needed and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. The building is extremely well maintained, and the apartment is in great condition. Even the hallways smell great—everything feels clean and well cared for. The Portofino at Las Colinas is an amazing place to stay and I am currently still here. I have been here for 3 years, they are very great with Communication with anything problems, and most of the time I’m in the office and I could talk to them I like I live with them in the same house. They take care of any issues if any mostly not. Mrs.Amanda Jordan which is the manger has a great personality and is the best person to talk but also a very great businesswomen. Ms.Alma is also the best one also. She gave us the best apt tour and help us with anything if need. They all are great people I hope anyone who chooses to live here see what I see they are very wholesome people. I have had Two different apt so far and I’m loving it. The gym and the pool area is by far my favorite spot to hang out. T

I have leave in this apartment for 7year plus now and when I tell you I have seen improvement so much in the area of leadership. Amanda Jordan the current leasing office manager have brought alot of organization to this building than the last management team. Amanda is superb, she is very proactive in dealing with issue you may have and brings swift resolution to them. She is very attentive to details. She is respectful, responsive and very friendly and kind. I wanted to move away to another apartment with the last team but when Amanda and her team came in with Alma Maricic being one of her top proactive staff, they convinced me to stay with their ways of leadership which has been positive so far and made me stay for upto 7 year and counting. I love my apartment and I love it here at Porto

Full disclosure, I decided not to rent at Portofino because I found another property which better fit my needs. That said, I found the touring experience with Bryce Strickland to be the best out of all 7 complexes I visited in my recent apartment hunt, and I would HIGHLY recommend considering Portofino Las Colinas if the location and price are in range for you. 1. Not only did Bryce show me around the property to view various units and amenities, but he also ran the numbers to get final prices (including specials and monthly fees) for all 5 units I showed any interest in to let me make an informed decision. 2. I've had a really positive experience living at these apartments. The property is well-kept, the units are clean and thoughtfully laid out, and it's clear that the management takes pride in the community. The location is convenient, and overall it's been a comfortable place to live. I also want to highlight Amanda Jordan, the property manager. She's been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Whether it’s addressing maintenance concerns or answering general questions, Amanda handles everything with care and efficiency. It really makes a difference when management is approachable and committed to doing a great job.
