Laguna Vista Apartments

I’m really enjoying my new apt here at Laguna Vista. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and Andrew is always courteous. The staff has been friendly and helpful from day one, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

Great place to live. The property manager, Mary really stays on top of things and is constantly working to improve the property. In the last few years, the following have been replaced or renovated: many apartments, the roof, hallways have been repainted and carpeted, the entire exterior was painted just this last year, pool improvements, etc. Additionally, the maintenance team led by Andrew are amazing! They always respond quickly and are very helpful. I’ve lived here almost six years and highly recommend Laguna Vista Apartments for your next home!

Far most the best place I have ever Lived. The staff is great and they always work with you if times get a little tight. Going into my third year. Definitely love it here and the area.

We have lived here for over 5 years and we love it here! Maintenance is very responsive and they do a great job. Mary, Dustin and Elizabeth (the property management team) are friendly, professional and really care about the residents. I am not always an easy customer but they will do whatever they can to make sure you are having a pleasant experience here. They just repainted the outside of the building and the inside was recently repainted and new rugs were installed. Every year, Mary has been successful in updating and renovating the building and it looks new! There is plenty of parking in the garage. I can’t say enough positive things about living here- we can’t picture ourselves living anywhere else- come check it out and be our neighbors. 🙂

Laguna Vista is an excellent community. When I first walked into the community, I was greeted by Vanessa the leasing consultant. She was very warm and welcoming and very kind. I was also then greeted by the property manager, who went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed was done and completed. If you’re looking for a place to lease, this is the place!!
