The building was perfect for our needs and Mani was very obliging. The price negotiation was fair. David is an expert coach pointing out areas of concern and referring local techs to verify the condition of Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing etc. systems. If you value your time, honesty, and being treated with basic professionalism, do not work with this agency. We had a deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and emotionally draining experience with Beam Realty while trying to purchase one of their listings. Over the course of a month, our licensed agent attempted to contact the listing agent, Justin Varghese multiple times. It took six outreach attempts before we finally received a response, and even then, communication remained slow, inconsistent, and required daily follow-ups just to get basic answers.
