Poppy at Oakwood Trails by Taylor Morrison

I stopped by the Taylor Morrison Manteca offices to see what options are available and compare pricing for the new builds. The homes are gorgeous! The community sales managers at these locations are also very friendly and able to answer any/all the questions I had. Really had a great overall experience thanks to Brandon at Poppy, Gail at Sage, and Thomas at Juniper.

***BEWARE***One of the worst builders to buy a home from. Worst build quality, worst customer service. We spent almost $1M on the home just to buy paper walls...Their PPP Solar system plan is a scam, you would end up paying close to $70,000.00 over next 25 years becuase they only give you solar lease option and my PG&E bill is almmost $600 per month with solar. You don't have any option or say when you are deciding the model you want to buy. You have to buy as is with no changes, upgrades even its a brand new construction home. I would not even recommend it to my enemeis to buy home from TAYLOR MORRISON..

Great looking community. Great superintendents. Some of the nicest homes in the valley!
