My stay here was only for a few months due to a work related move. I haven’t had one problem in a few months that I’ve been here. This place is outstanding in my opinion. And I love my apartment. Let the photos speak for themselves

Me and a friend was there yesterday was checking out the area the apartment the dog park area. And of course appanon Brewery. We were talking about the area we was at and how unsanitary the dog area is. It seems they do not obliged by their rules. About cleaning the area where the dog actually poops. We got interrupted by the apartment manager. Not knowing that we was checking out the area then we was going to heading to Appanon Brewery to have a drink and some appetizers. And we were Company by our dogs as well my friend had a Yorkie and I had a golden retriever very friendly very adorable. Like they say someone always has to mess something up.

We really enjoy our apartment. My boyfriend and I are young professionals and this is our first place together. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and large windows have been amazing. Another huge plus is that Apponaug Brewery is apart of the mill complex. We love walking down there and grabbing food/drinks. If you’re looking for a great location, this apartment building is nearby everything. As for the staff, we have had great experiences with them, especially Eric the maintenance manager. Quick note, keep in mind there isn’t a lot of hardwired lighting and because the ceilings are so high, we have had to purchase more floor and table lamps.

Clean mill apartments. Nice open layouts, great feel, excellent location.
