Pomona By Hillwood Communities

My grandchildren and l visited the Pomona neighborhood for a Texas bird show. The neighborhood curator did a magnificent job on putting the show together. The viewing and interacting with the birds provided an unforgettable learning experience.

Where do I start. I booked the social hall for a baby shower and was supposed to receive the security deposit back of $400 back after the event. The hoa issued me the same money order I wrote out for the deposit. This made it very hard to cash the money order and the Pomona hoa didn’t give two flips about it. I bought the money order from HEB which after 30 days they won’t allow customers to cash it back in (booked Pomona social hall 8 weeks out as soon as the date released). Since the check was wrote to pomoma I wasn’t able to cash it through my bank either which made it even more harder to receive the funds back. I asked Pomona if they could cash it and issue me another check and they did not want to do that. They said all they could do it apply the fee to one of the hoa dues. Applying

Excellent community to live in! The amenities are awesome with something for everyone with many new ones to come in the next year (can’t wait for pickle ball!) The lifestyle coordinator keeps us busy with activities for everyone in the family. And we can walk to school. We couldn’t be happier to live here!
