We're happy with our house and the deals we got from our sales consultant, she was so helpful & knowledgeable with her products. Our problem is the after sales especially the warranty department. Response times are frequently slow, you have to keep on making calls and follow ups to get an answer from them. So, I ended up calling directly to the contractor to get the job done. When you call their customer service hotline, it will always end up in voicemail. Remember, happy consumers can turn into repeat customers, and satisfied customers are likely to talk about their positive experiences to others.

I'll NEVER buy a Highland home, ever again. Installers and construction manager were purely incompetent. Construction manager was fired but installers were still terrible. My buddy with a KB Home had much less issues than me. When we finally got a tiler who knew what he was doing, he said there are too many homes being built, not enough workers, so they hire ANYBODY. Installs were so bad that my wife knew these people were picked off the street. Highland will promise you model home quality, but you'll have to get it fixed over and over until you settle out of sheer frustration. To add, customer service is terrible after you sign the contract (no surprise) You can pick the nicest upgrades, but you'll be playing the lottery with the installers . Sales Representative’s were very friendly and helpful. The Community had a wide variety of different unique built homes to select from than I have ever seen.

Lovely large homes ranging for 200k to 700k. Mature trees, wonderful community pool, and fun play ground with tree house. Walking trails found throughout the community.
