Highland Homes Meridiana 40s

We had an excellent experience with Highland Homes in Meridiana, specifically the 40’ lots, and cannot say enough great things about Terrence and Jessica. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to support both our clients and us as realtors throughout the process. Our clients ultimately chose a Highland Home, and a big reason was the level of care and effort Terrence put in. He even took the time to drive us to a neighboring community so our clients could see a finished and furnished home, which helped them confidently visualize what their future home would look like. That extra step made a huge difference. The Meridiana community itself is outstanding, offering resort-style amenities including a stunning fitness center, pools, walking and biking trails

So far, our experience with Meridiana has been great. As first-time homeowners, the process can feel overwhelming, but we just completed our design appointment and it was honestly fun, a long day, but exciting to see everything come together and feel real. We chose Meridiana because the community feels cohesive and well thought out. We did visit another Highland Homes community in the area, but the experience felt incomplete. While we did walk through some of the models, and the one where the office was located, we weren’t sat down to review the process, pricing, or next steps, and we left without any materials or documentation, which made the experience feel incomplete. Highland Homes is a joke of a company, that are experts in poor. Poor quality, poor communication, poor workmanship, poor customer service, and questionable ethics. There concern for their customers show in these reviews, yelp reviews, Better Buisness Bureau complaints. I would recommend anyone out there considering a Highland Home just don't. God help you if you do. They will keep your money in my family's case 30K. This is a warning, do you homework and due diligence!!!! Please pay attention to the photo section.
