I met with Dan during our visit of the Perry Homes model in Valencia, I have loved recommending this builder, and no one does it better than Dan to provide incredible insight and an excellent depth of their product. A must meet salesperson, you’ll forget any builder moment you talk with this guy!

Dan is the best. He made our home buying experience very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable in many areas beyond home sales. He coached us throughout the whole home buying process and after we settled into our new home. Dan was patient and allowed us to pick out the house that best suited us as a family. I have recommended many people to Dan after we had such an awesome experience with him and Perry Homes.
