Polo Downs

We recently renewed our lease for another year. The process was very smooth and fully electronic. I loved it.Thanks for making the process so easy.

Horrible. The people here lack integrity and honesty. Kathy is horrible and does not know the first thing about treating people good. Very sad they turned out different than they said they would be. Would never live or refer people to live here.

Polo Downs is a wonderful community to live in! The units are beautiful and upscale with nice modern finishes. Great amenities including fitness center, pool, and tennis courts. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and professionally. The community is quiet and has a peaceful and serene feel. And maybe most importantly, the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. They really care about the residents. You would be proud to call Polo Downs your home.

Nobody typically rates a positive experience with an apartment complex, but mine was fairly pleasant. Move in was pretty smooth and we lived here for 1 year but decided not to renew due to increase in renewal price compared to value. Unit was good for the original price, never had to submit a maintenance request (usually a good thing) so I can't speak on that aspect of the complex. Snow removal was fairly timely. Currently in the process of moving out and will update my review if they attempt to pull any shenanigans with the security deposit. Other than that, management was pretty timely to respond to my inquiries. Good experience.

I have lived at Polo Downs in Fenton for a few years now. I love this property and the staff is wonderful! Jenny and Jessica are always extremely friendly and positive! The property manager (Jenny) is really wonderful, and any time I need something or I request a work order on something that needs to be fixed, she doesn't mess around- she makes things happen quickly and I really appreciate the sense of urgency! They also love dogs and they always encourage me to bring my dog by the office so they can give him treats. He loves it!!!! Thanks for being so great! :)
