Bridleton Woods Apartments

Management sucks, takes forever to respond regarding ANYTHING. Also they do not help with any repairs or bugs. We have moved out recently and did the right thing as for deep cleaning the apartment and replacing shelves for the fridge (due to us causing cracks in them) in hopes we would get our deposit back sooner rather than later. But we've been pulling teeth just to try to get in contact with them.

They ripped me off for $300. They told me to fill out an application online and charged me a $50 application fee which was normal, but then I got a statement from my bank saying they charged me $300 and the people at the apartment complex told me that it was an administration fee! I was never even told anything about this charge normal did I approve it. Then they denied me and refuse to get my money back

Horrible place to live ! Property management does not help or answer/return calls ! Apartments are infested with bed bugs and Management will not address it ! Multiple units have leaks and mold ! Wish I could give 0 stars!

The new owners are NEVER around or in the office, and take forever to respond to any issues you have. Furniture left outside by the dumpsters never get picked up.

This place is falling apart everyone is moving plus they are raising everyone rent this apartment is the worst place to live at
