We rented an office space from them that had previously been vacant for over 7 years. Being new to the business world we relied on GJ Grewe to walk us through the process and help us properly occupy our new office space. Issue we had, the heater was over 30 years old and did not work all winter. IT WAS FREEZING! GJ Grewe claimed that once we occupied the office it was our responsibility to fix the heater. The recommendation was to replace the entire unit over $10,000 at our expense. Issue two is that after a year we find out that we are not supposed to operate our type of business out of the office and area we occupied. We where forced to relocate in less than a month. Been leasing from GJ Grewe for the past 10 years. Great company to work with exceeded all expectations. Just signed up another 10 year lease with them. They’ve also supported tons of charity events. Great family to work with!
