Greenmar Apartments

I moved into Greenmar Apartments on February 2005. I lived there until April 2024. I love Greenmar Apartments. It is centrally located between all major highways close to town. Excellent shopping, and wonderful schools. The area is beautifully nestled into the woods and you can see wildlife right out your window. I love the office staff Emily and Adriana and I got to know a lot of the residents there as well as with other employees.Maintenance has an awesome crew and are quick to address issues whenever problems arise. Adriana and Emily are very knowledgeable and can help with any cituation you may have. Recently. Chrystal has come back as property manager and she is awesome at keeping things running smoothly. I retired when I left there but I sure do miss that place as well as the people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This complex relies heavily on third-party companies, which means the staff almost never has answers or solutions when issues arise. When we first moved in, we were supposed to have a unit in one of the nicer, cleaner buildings on the first floor. That changed unexpectedly. During the move-in process, the leasing agent (Emily) didn’t even walk us to the unit or show us around. We were told to find it ourselves, wandering through the complex without knowing where we were going. It set the tone for the lack of professionalism we’ve experienced since. The apartments themselves are very run down despite how nice they appear online. The photos are extremely misleading. My father lived at Greenmar for (4) years until his unexpected passing in September of 2025. The management team and other personnel were so kind to my family during this difficult time. We were given the time to clean out the apartment, extend the lease when timelines didn't go as planned, and were very responsive to all our questions. We really appreciate all their support during this transition and hope the next tenant is just as happy as my Dad was.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for a few years and it by far is the best complex I’ve stayed in! The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help, the maintenance team is very quick to respond to an issue and always very respectful! The grounds are beautifully kept, and our grass is always cut! The complex is pet friendly which was a huge reason I moved here to begin with! They are very welcoming of pets! Overall a great place to live and great staff!

I just moved in recently. So far... I have had some things that I have brought to the attention of the office, or just submitted on the app and they handle it. The maintenance guy that addressed my request was so professional. We also have 2 dogs. I am also impressed at how well they keep up the dog stations/ poop 💩 bags! The grounds are really clean! ❤️ It's like a park around here! Loving and living it!
