Pointe South Townhomes

I have been living here almost 5 years, and have had a very pleasant experience. Management has worked very well to keep it safe and clean. Maintenance comes quickly, if not the same day, then the next day. I am very pleased here and happy to call it home.

I've been living here for the greater part of 4 years. I have found so much peace in Pointe South and this part of Clayton County. The leasing office and the entire staff is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say. This is a very family friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a place. I would recommend Pointe South.

The application process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, we made sure to ask all necessary questions regarding bankruptcies, credit scores, evictions, and other potential disqualifiers. We were clearly told that everything we provided was acceptable and that the only thing pending was a background check through Clayton County court. Based on that information, we proceeded with the application and paid the $200 application fee. For over three weeks, we were repeatedly told that everything else was fine and that we were simply waiting on the background to clear. After that extended wait, we were suddenly denied for an issue that we were previously told would not be a problem. We do not appreciate the lack of transparency and consistency. If this issue w

My name is Emmanuel, I moved here to pointe south back in 2025. The management and staff are absolutely amazing. They tend to the needs of not only my unit but the grounds. I never thought I would live in Clayton County. Let alone Jonesboro, but I can honestly say This is home. Thank you Pointe south specifically Dynasty and Destinee. Erin is also an amazing part of the team.

I love living here Been here for almost a year everyone @ The rental office makes sure everything is okay and very sufficient and fix things under 24 hours Dynastee and the other lady is so sweet ,Excellent courtesy they addresses any concerns I have love how they are up keeping the property haven’t had any problems at all living here my neighbors are Nice 😊 kids are respectful ……
