Pointe Grand Dawsonville Apartments

We lived at pointe grand Dawsonville for 2 and a half years. To begin, when we originally moved in we requested an apartment facing away from the parking lot, overlooking a wooded area. We were told this was completely doable and not a problem. The day comes to move in, we get our keys aaaaand… our unit is directly above the parking lot. Alright, strike 1. We had to be out of our previous apartment at that point and had no other option but to start moving our furniture in. We went to open the windows and let some fresh air in, and there were no screens in any of the windows. We were told they would be installed over the next few weeks… after 2.5 years there they never were installed! The first time I’ve never been stressed during a move. The office made it so smooth and an easy transition. Hannah, Grace and Melissa have been the absolute best!

This is a very shady company. Which mist apartments are. I walked out after i was told I could not park my company truck and personal car. Even though I was renting a 2 bedroom unit. They told me I needed to add a garage for my car for 150 and that was the deal breaker for me. They then called me 30 minutes after I left and said they would give me the garage for 75 a month. I then decided that I would do that because it put me over 100 cheaper from where I currently live. So I paid the 80 dollar application fee and got approved and when I read the first move in fees I saw they had discounted the garage but when I read the actual lease and could see the actual monthly rent they were still charging 150 for the garage and another 150 administration fee that they did not quote me before I appl

I’ve emailed at least 3 times in the past two weeks to the manger, called up there and they said they’d call me back the same day never did, and went up there today the manger advised me she would email me by the end of the day and yet she hasn’t. Hands down the most poorly managed apartments I’ve ever lived. If you like dealing with the least professional people this is the place for you!
