Brown Haven Homes has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The design team “Claire” was FANTASTIC!! She was very responsive and helpful to say the least. Claire showed understanding of our budget constraints while offering alternative ideas; her expertise was top notch!! I believe that our new home will be exactly what we wanted once completed. This has been accomplished by the entire team working with us as a valued customer and seeing the vision that my wife and I were looking for. Ethan was very helpful while preparing our plans and helping to keep our build within budget. Craig’s experience and friendliness was top notch as well. My husband and I are closing on our Brown Haven Home in 2 weeks - we have had an incredible experience with the entire BHH team! Claire worked with us on selections and helped answer any questions we had. Teddy was amazing with our construction and very responsive! The craftsmanship and detail are 10/10, and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to build a beautiful home on their lot!

8/8/2022: Update We have our new home keys on the Brownie Bear Keychain!!! The house is beautiful. Brian is still putting some finishing touches on the interior, but we couldn't be happier. The office staff presented us with a nice gift and our paperwork, including the warranty information. Brown Haven will continue to work with us should any issues with the house arise. That is a comfort to us. I can't wait to move in and have that all important house warming party! 4/27/22 update: Sharing more photos of the progress on our home. We visited last month and fell in love all over again with this house. Next comes drywall and paint. It will be finished before we know it.
