Advenir at Dawson Hills

This apartment complex has a great management team, which really makes a difference. They’re super responsive and easy to talk to. We’ve lived here for five months now and have always felt safe, even when walking around at night. I think the simple layout helps, since every apartment is easily accessible from a sidewalk. They also organize little events by the pool or out on the green, which is a nice way to meet your neighbors. The grounds are always clean and well maintained with nice landscaping. There are even a couple of outdoor grills and hammocks out on the green. We don't have a pet, but I’ve noticed there’s a dog park for those who do. As for our apartment, I have no complaints! We’re on the first floor by the green and get to enjoy a beautiful sunset almost every evening :)

The Advenir has been my first apartment and I have lived here for two years and could not love it more!!! Marley, Sophie, and Vivian are always SO joyful, kind, and helpful! I have loved living here so much that I have gotten 4 of my friends to move here as well!!! The community and amenities are incredible, the apartments themselves are amazing, and the management is the best you will ever find. Advenir Living prioritizes resident’s needs and does anything they can to make life here fun! From dinners provided by the complex, ice cream trucks and games, and more this community feels like home. In terms of maintenance, I have to say Jonah is the absolute best maintenance guy ever!!! My wife and I lived here a little over a year and had a great experience. The managers, maintenance crew, and other staff were always friendly, helpful, prompt, and accommodating. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool and gym were always clean and in working order (except for once when someone broke glass around the pool and they shut it down to totally clean it out and make sure it was safe for everyone to return). You also get to meet some really wonderful people when out walking your dog (or strollering your pug). The views here are stunning too! And it’s VERY close to shopping and restaurants but still feels like a little north Georgia getaway that you shouldn’t be able to afford but can. We will miss this little community but highly recommend your check them out!

I've been here for 2 years and I've signed up for a third The staff and the maintenance team or above normal standards.. they actually care about the residents and work hard to keep the community together and offer events and community barbecues and it's just an amazing place

We are coming up on almost two years of living here, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The front office team is so nice and friendly, the grounds are really well kept and clean, and the maintenance staff is the bomb!! Like they do such a good job and go the extra mile almost every time I put a request in. We love the interior of our apartment -- it's super updated and modern but it doesn't feel "grey-washed" like a lot of places popping up. Most importantly, I feel so safe living here. There is almost always someone walking their dog (but I've never had an issues with noise), playing with their kids in the green space, or just taking a walk with a friend. The property is quick about fixing gate issues, which is appreciated as the gate does work like 98% of the time! They
