Great location. Barb ,the Manager and her Assistant Brenda are very friendly. There is a lot of paperwork to file and it can be confusing but they are there to help. The not knowing what is happening hard. All of the residents that we interacted with seem very friendly and welcoming. We hope to be a resident soon.
I love this place. Assorted residents and they love it here. Beautifully decorated patios. Nice flowers and so clean. They just need a pool for more entertainment!
No kids. Adult community. Residents are very very attentive to visitors. Watch where you park. They will come out and say it's their space but not assigned. Good location. 1 bedroom $700+
Management is horrible here. Woman running things is horrible. Apartments are clean and just ok. Just basic. Neighbors have big mouths.
Clean. Quiet. Very quiet. Windows open. Residents live there long time.
