Applied for an apartment, which they approved me for, but then said it was actually going to be $80 more for the base than when I applied. There was also a ridiculous amount of hidden fees that weren't even quantified in the lease, I had to ask what the costs were going to be. It would've ended up costing me over $100 more a month than what I had applied for, and they wouldn't even tell me how much they usually charged for gas (something about splitting it by square footage). I asked about some of their other listings more in my price range, but they basically said those were all going to have a higher base price too, so they are basically catfishing people with the prices. I have had incredible experiences with PRM! Any time I submit a maintence request they respond promptly and with great communication. Ed, especially, has been so kind any time he completed an order. I would also like to say a thank you to Kat, who came and kept my sweet anxious dog company when an emergency maintence situation popped up while I was at work. This is the best company I have rented through!

I was interested in a specific apartment and I worked with Claudia Doran. I saw she made a review why when she works for the company. It seems very biased because you get the run around with her. I filled out my application she stated everything was going great with my application. The application states you need to show 3 years good rental history. I've been at my current residence for 6 years with great history. They denied me for an apartment that I lived in 12 years ago. I never had a bad residence and the people who bought out my old apartment were infamous for adding extra money, fines and claiming you did something wrong. Wish I had read the reviews before meeting with Claudia. Initially, she was very communicative prior to the tour and I have good credit + rental history. The tour was to my liking, and I was looking forward to the floor plan I had chosen. She said she would send available units to me soon and I haven't heard from her in almost 2 weeks. I've sent a couple follow up emails and have still heard nothing. Coming to read the reviews, the 1 stars are basically describing a similar experience that I had with this company. Very much do not recommend.

Communication is terrible. We went through 2-3 contacts in the year we lived in the apartment. We asked for a second parking pass as we had 2 people in the apartment, and they kept saying they “just put it in the mail today”..we never received them, even after multiple emails asking if we could just pick them up so we didn’t get towed. We cleaned the place from top to bottom prior to moving out and still got charged cleaning fees, so don’t waste your time. We are Getting charged for things that were already broken and documented prior to us moving in. Entryway was always disgusting and filled with bugs, always smelled like urine and weed.
