Condo's are for sale. Pet friendly, and you must pick up after your dogs. Excellent customer service provided by all staff. There is security staff 24 hrs, An Out door pool, gym room with equipment, TV and water-cooler. They will even wash your car in garage with a day's notice. People on hand to help with transporting groceries to your suite. Lockers for each suite. They have a social calendar they put out with things to do in community room, so that you can meet your neighbors. Nice all around safe place to live

Point East is the premier condominium in Cleveland. This luxury building is well-maintained, services and the staff are great, and there is excellent security. Units vary in size, but all are spacious and designed to the owners’ tastes. The pool is wonderful in the summer. A terrific community room for parties, well-appointed guest suites, a workout room, and tennis courts give residents everything they desire for high-end living!

There is a resident that lives in the unit beneath my mom who blasts the TV as loud as possible in the middle of the night (for example sometimes between 1am - 4am) and wakes my ninety plus year old mom up, who then has difficulty going back to sleep.It is affecting her phyically and emotionally and we as her family are greatly concerned for her health. This loud TV also blast during the day and is very disruptive. The association, security, and the police have been contacted multiple times and by the time they arrive at the unit the TV has been turned down. NO ONE should have to live in these conditions! We are very disappointed that the Point East Condominium Association does not want to resolve this is a reasonable way. My mom pays her monthly fees and cannot enjoy living in her own co

Doing alot of remodeling. Interesting design wallpaper. The marble floors are Gorgeous! The hall carpet interesting...... Waiting for it to be completed......
