PMP Management - Irvine, CA

Property Management Professionals (PMP) is one of the most unprofessional and unethical companies I have ever dealt with. PMP manages the 100 West community in Anaheim, where I own an apartment. During this year, the community was non-compliant with California Civil Code §5806, as PMP’s fidelity/crime insurance coverage fell short of the legally required minimum. Moreover, PMP remained unaware of this deficiency for over three months, which has negatively impacted the community’s reputation and hindered the sale of several units. Working with PMP to resolve any issue has been a constant struggle — they fail to take accountability, provide false assurances, and consistently demonstrate poor communication and management practices.

Overall, I’m sure PMP is a good management company, however there reputation gets spoiled by Kelie Judd. She is one of the most unprofessional individuals to work with. She will treat you as a child and doesn’t provide the support when needed. I have had numerous accounts where she has been rude and dismissive. She even has hung up mid conversation. It is sad to say the worst part of owning my place is having to deal with her. If she is so miserable helping community members, this isn’t the right job for her. From the sounds of it, it isn’t just me either but has had a number of complaints about her. I hope PMP realizes she brings down the credibility and reputation of the organization.

Working with PMP as a vendor has been an excellent experience. Their team is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the communities they manage. I primarily work with Trisha, Wesley, and Marissa, all of whom are fantastic to work with. I couldn’t recommend PMP highly enough!

I was truly impressed by Marissa Syprzak this week when I had inquired about setting up the one-time special assessment for the year. She responded promptly and patiently to every single question I had—and I had many! Marissa reassured me that PMP had arranged the ACH transaction to withdraw the Special Assessment only once next month. She even thoughtfully reminded me that my regular HOA Dues would be deducted at the same time. PMP is really stepping up their game with Marissa and her exceptional customer service! Thank you, Marissa, for making this process so smooth and worry free!

PMP serves as the management company for my community’s HOA, and their responsiveness and efficiency in addressing critical issues have been exceptional. Marissa, in particular, has been incredibly helpful in escalating a time-sensitive repair, promptly coordinating a contractor to assess a water intrusion issue and working diligently toward a resolution. I truly appreciate the outstanding support from Marissa and the PMP team. Thank you!
