As a tenant, I have had a remarkable experience with Matrix Property Services. Any problems have been rightfully addressed and the ease of communication has been of the utmost convenience. Nino and his staff are always professional and handle any issues with diligence. Having dealt with other property management services, I would highly recommend Matrix for your property service needs.

I have never had the privilege of dealing with a more pleasant or caring property management group than those at Matrix, specifically Nino. I have worked in various manners with different groups, and I don't believe that there is another that even compares. As luck would have it, our central air went out during a heatwave on a Friday afternoon, and finding a technician willing to come any earlier than the following week proved to be impossible. Nino lives quite a distance from the property that we are currently renting, but personally drove a portable unit to our home: to me, this speaks volumes about the type of business that he runs. I don't believe that I could find one negative thing to say about him, or Matrix Property Services as a whole, if I tried.

I got to know the folks at Matrix Property Rentals through the real estate industry. Nino (the owner) is a stand up guy that does business with a lot of integrity and professionalism. I will always refer him to my friends and clients needing help with their income properties.
