But finding the land was just the beginning; this turned into an extremely challenging transaction. We were actually on the verge of walking away entirely because the seller was dragging their feet and failed to provide the crucial well report on time. To save the deal, Neil went completely above and beyond—he stepped up and actually paid for the well inspection out of his own pocket! Throughout the entire stressful process, Neil was incredibly responsive and patiently answered every single question we threw his way. He also proved to be a fantastic negotiator, expertly advocating for us after the property inspection

Great team .. helped us sell a home . We had no experience , they really walked us through the process, answered all our questions and went way above what realtors do . I needed to hire carpet cleaners. They called and set it up for us . Stayed in our budget and really fought to get us the price we wanted .. they r amazing and really make you feel like u matter even after you sell your home. They become an extended family member.
