Receptionist was polite every time I called. Heather was a pleasure to work with. She was easybto talk to, very helpful and her communication was excellent. I love to get the texts of milestones completed as we move through the process .

Patti consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is always willing to share that expertise. No matter how busy she is, she takes my calls and makes time to help. If she doesn’t have the answer right away, she diligently researches the issue and gets back to me promptly. Her dedication, professionalism, and reliability make her an invaluable resource and a true pleasure to work with.

My closing experience was excellent. The lady who handled the signing was truly amazing—she was professional, patient, and made the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the entire closing. I really appreciated her kindness and expertise.

The team was incredible! They made the process EASY and FAST. They were easily accessible and always happy to answer questions. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Overall it was an outstanding experience working with the team.

Reyna Rico has no idea what she is doing. She said my check for my property would be available at a different WFG office but when I arrived they knew nothing about it. My Realtor called Reyna and she said she would have that office print out a check. They refused. I called Reyna and she said she didn't know what happened to the check then she said it was accidentally mailed and she would have to cancel the check and reissue another but they wouldn't happen for at least 24 hours. She then made an excuse use about being short handed. She lied to my agent and me about what happened to the check. Do not trust this lady or her company.
