When we decided to sell our house we were on the fence as to “when“.. in the mean time we bought another property and it got to the point we had to sell our current home to avoid making double payments on both properties. Zuffalo saved me so much money on the sell of my home. I initially listed my house for sale by owner because I didn’t want to pay 3% to a listing agent which would have been $15,000. After two months on the market I went with Matt at Zuffalo Real Estate. He sold my house within two weeks and all I had to pay was $2,500. He came and took pictures of the house, posted it for us, put a lock box on the house, he did all of the paper work and negotiating for us.
