PMI Lafayette is a great company. I have a few rental properties in Lafayette and West Lafayette. I love the way they take care of everything for a house to be a home. Even insurance in case a renter gets angry and destroys the home. We used it once on a 3 grand plus damage to the home. They did not pay all but enough that it wasn’t a burden on my pocket. My stress level has decreased since PMI took over all my rentals. Plus they make me more money than I ever could myself. Thank you for your professionalism. Jo Allen.

Horrible would never rent from them again. Casey acts like he doesn’t know anything about the properties. Any questions you have for him he’ll have to call Wendy for answers. Definitely slum lords will charge you for damages that need fixed even if you didn’t do them. Apartments are poorly made but they want to charge an arm and leg for anything. Poor people skills and aren’t understanding at all. Wendy has a condescending attitude and has a personal agenda when it comes to certain residents

I viewed an apartment rental with Katie, and would definitely consider requesting her services in real estate again in the future.
