This was my first apartment moving here from out of state. The property manager was very understanding and maintenance was always cooperating and got the work done when there was a request. This is a great apartment complex for students and working adults who are newly into their profession. I enjoyed staying here. Price were reasonable and affordable in comparison to the rest of MA and the state itself. Dog Friendly and walkable stores. Best thing I enjoyed was the parking lot space and gym. I would consider alot of young folks who wants a great space and ceiling space to live here! Thank you.

Enjoyed my 2 years here at 305 Dutton st. Ashley the property manager was very professional and replied to my emails quickly and was on point to any of my questions or concerns. The maintenance guy was awesome too. He was always available when ever he was needed.

Ashley is one of the best managers I've had. Quick responses. Giovel the maintenance guy is great as well! This place is great bang for your buck. I highly recommend it.
