Apartments are nice love my kids always having others to play with in a safe place. Wish other parents would talk to others instead of being cop callers or harassing the actual child only knowing one side. But not everybody can be that parent I guess but would be a bit less drama if neighbors just talked things out. I do wish more parents were actually out with their kids actually monitoring their children... Will say Landlord is very fast in responding to calls and emails which I really appreciate

One of my clients has been told they will get a lease violation for having a window open, do not move here

Drive thru here and you'll see YOUNG toddler aged kids playing in the streets without any parental watching, NO play area but large grassy areas yet promotes "family" friendly. Allows drug dealers to live there YET are hawks with everyone else. Never have I lived here and never would I. I have family & friends whom live here and don't allow their children outside because there is no safe place to play let alone ride bikes.

i’ve lived here for about a year now. this is the best place i’ve lived on my own so far. they keep it clean, and everyone that works on the property is kind and respectful.

Just picked up a friend, parking is somewhat assigned but easy access for visitors of tenants.
