The townhouses are very nice! The one I rented for a year and a half was renovated before I moved in. The landlords were great and took care of needs in a timely manner. Email and phone/text communication was responsive. Snow removal was consistent and quick. Overall I was very pleased.
I was fortunate to find Crestwood Townhouses when I moved to Lewiston three years ago. I recently left as I bought my own home. But, I will always be grateful to Melissa and Jamie for making my experience there a thoroughly enjoyable one. The apartment was beautiful and met all my wants and needs. Whenever there was an issue, they always responded in a timely and efficient manner. And, I had wonderful neighbors who became forever friends. 😊
Absolutely the BEST landlords you could ever ask for. They are kind, responsive, and do not overcharge. I lived at this place for nearly 10 years and could not have been more pleased. It was a safe place for my son to play and the location has easy access to stores, major routes, and the highway. It's just outside of town so the traffic is not to busy either. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and excellent landlords you can depend on and trust.
My husband and I lived here for one year. We would recommend it. You can tell the owners take pride in their buildings and are always doing cosmetic and structural updates.
