⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cindy at Central Maine Property Management has been truly amazing to work with. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to every detail throughout the rental process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, kept communication clear and timely, and genuinely made us feel supported every step of the way. Renting can be stressful, but Cindy made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Thanks to her, we’re moving into a home we are genuinely excited about. My fiancé paid a $35 application fee, and got in contact with someone from this establishment. We told them a rent price, and said this price or under is what we’re looking for. A man named Adam Fortin (Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager) emailed back and said they had 3 units available and we set up a time to do a tour of all 3 units, all in the same day. When we showed up (on time), there was nobody around. The phone number in Adam’s email signature led to the voicemail box of a different guy, named Jake. We still left a message asking to call us back. We then called the general office property management number, and dialed the extension to talk to Cindy, but the woman who picked up the phone wasn’t Cindy. I can't recommend this company enough. They have made an out-of-state move a breeze. Cindy and Rose are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Every time I have ever called, Rose answers every question. We've been working directly with Cindy, who made this whole process so easy. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive.

This is a first rate company. If you are looking for a nice place to make your home, I recommend starting with Central Maine Property Management. All of the staff is professional and customer focused. Keep up the great work!

If I could recommend you do one thing with regards to this company, it would be do not rent from them. They took over from our previous landlord. I would never have rented from them willingly, knowing their reputation. You will see in the reviews that they will try to undermine people who leave bad reviews. So just putting that front and center. Central Maine Property Management has left 8 raccoons living in our ceiling since May. It is now November 1 as I write this. That’s 5 months. They wrestle in my ceiling, fighting and snarling at each other with me wondering if they are going to break through. This is my 4am-5am daily experience here. For curious minds, they climb down our balcony every night, which is how we have counted them. As of yesterday, there is no ETA on getting them rem
