Pleasant Pointe Apartments

Great place to live and raise family! Spacious apartment with brand new kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, and a huge bathroom! Vickie is great. The leasing office is very quick and responsive. There are three maintenance staff who take care of the apartment. They respond to calls very quickly even on the weekends. One thing that's not so pleasant is that the apartment is a little too "smart". The thermostat is totally digital and you can control the temperature from your phone, which I think is a totally useless functionality...The residents have no control over temperature when the software crash...And to be fair, the Lennox thermostat crashes quite often . I had to rely on a small heater during the Christmas holidays because the thermostat crashed and it took a while to fix. Other

Hello Iam new to the development and Iam loving it. I came from Huntington park apt. The management (Vickie),she is so laid back and when you have an issue she resolves it in a timely matter. The apartments are so spacious. They have grills, picnic tables, basketball courts and playgrounds. The neighbors are friendly, the ones that I have seen. It’s a laid back environment.

Calm and peaceful place, walking distance from stores. Great place to raise a family. Playground, gym, community center, and washer/dryer in each unit is what sold us. The management is very quick and responsive, Vickie is amazing! Love living here

My family of five lived at Pleasant Pointe Apartments from August of 2018 to August of 2019. We enjoyed our apartment very much. They were brand new and nicely done. They are in a great location and within State College school district. I would highly recommend them to families.

We lived here for 4 years, Vickie- the property manager- has always been on top of everything! Absolutely loved being in this complex. Great location
